Sales people extremely friendly. Arrived promptly and time on site was almost exactly what they said. I wanted a small spot retreated and he did it immediately. Only thing I did not like was that there was a 3 room minimum for them to come- it was quite expensive so I may not be doing it again for quite some time.
Darnell LaShappell was very professional and knowledgable. He clearly explained the process and what the outcome would be. THe cleaning was quick and Darnell was very courteous about entering/exiting the house. I will use your service again.

The service was great. I have old carpeting in my house (needs to be replaced) and I did not think they would look this good when cleaned! They look great!! Even in high traffic areas, stairs, hallways. They were also very fast!

We have 5 kids and lots of traffic. Cody Wagner did an amazing job cleaning our carpet. The first guy we had out was so fast he did not do a good job, but then Cody Wagner came out and we were very impressed with the job he did.
