Zerorez did a great job. The technician clearly explained our options, the products, and then ultimately what he was going to be doing. He was very punctual arriving for our appointment, and he cleaned efficiently. We're getting our tile done next!

I like that the products are safe for our family, they didn't leave a residue and the care that was put into ensuring our house was protected during the cleaning. I was very pleased with the way we were educated on carpet care, and on carpet in general, helping us make better decisions on how to keep our house cleaner.
