My carpets always look and feel very clean. The personnel is very knowledgeable and professional. All of my questions were answered and they were very good about coming back and readdressing a problem spot.
the technician, Owen Rudolph, was execeptionally careful in the house, he did a great job of explaining what he was going to do...and he got the spots off my stairs.
The job is well done, no smell, no residue, reasonably priced for carpet (not really for furniture), quick, tech was super nice, and the carpet was reasonably clean.....totally understand some stains aren't removable
