The gentleman who did the cleaning arrived when he said he would. He was polite and worked at a good pace to get the project done. Mentioned a deeper cleaning to get pet stains removed but did not try to close us for another sale. The rugs look great and the job met our expectations.

I've used Zerorez several times for carpet cleaning, and each time I'm impressed by how thoroughly clean my carpet actually gets. I have 3 little kids and 2 dogs, and our carpet takes a lot of wear. But even high traffic areas I have little hope for come out looking amazing.

very happy with zerorez. we are a returning customer and will continue to be. They work very hard at getting problem areas clean to mine and their satisfaction. The employees that have been to our house were courteous and respectful. at the last visit I bought a cleaning product for the inbetween house calls. I am a daycare provider and have frequent spills that have stayed in kitchen area but I am now prepared for the ones that get on the carpet.

I love the smell of my house after a cleaning. The floors looked and felt great. The technician was very friendly.

Chris came in and got the job done just as requested. He didn't know he was suppose to seal
all the tiling but was able to do that without any problem. If I had questions he answered them right away. I am very happy with how clean Chris was able to get all of the tiling and grout areas cleaned and sealed. Not all of the grout got sealed completely but Dave Becker is coming up to check to make sure if it is needed to have some touch-up sealing done on some of the tiling that soaked up more sealer then the rest. All in all I am very pleased with the work that was done.

Fast and friendly service. Had a spot that was noticed after cleaning. Contacted customercare and room will be re-cleaned on next appointment at no charge. They were willing to send tech back out right away but I declined. Price was fantastic!

Bottom line is Zerorez cleaned my carpet better than anyone else ever had in the past. I am a believer and loyal customer now

First off the Technician Nathan was very profesional, curteous, and extremley knowlewdgable regarding the "job at hand" which was wonderful. Secondly, during our conversations i discovered that Nathan is a Veteran, so kudos to Zerorez for hiring one of our numerous Vets upon returning from Active duty, which to me personally & profesionally is priority for private companys to address! So - Thank You for that! I also better mention that the rooms where the carpet was cleaned, seems to be just fine at this time.

The service was prompt as scheduled and I felt that the technicians were very informed about their job responsibilities and the products that Zerorez offers, I had one remaining stain after a cleaning (by Zerorez) and the technician that picked up my oriental rug sprayed the stain with your stain removing spray and the result was great! I ended up buying the stain spotter. I would definitely reccommend Zerorez and I will use your cleaning services in the future.
