No extra soap residue on the floor for little crawling children to suck up in their tiny lungs, Profession and personable technicians. Technician explained everything very clearly before work started, gave me the final cost estimate before work started and asked many times if I was satisfied which I am 100%.

Darnell and the other technicians we have had in the past are extremely professional and thoroughly explain what they're going to do, prior to starting work. You can tell they take their jobs, and Zerorez's commitment to customer service very seriously. We will most definitely be continuing to use your service in the future.

We have had Zerorez clean our carpets before and always love the fresh/clean smell afterwards. The Technician was polite and very professional (Owen). He did a wonderful job getting a couple of spots out of our light carpet.
