the staff on phone go above & beyond to help me get carpet cleaned as soon as possible. The men that came to clean carpet leave it as clean and as dry as possible. Smells great too.

We are in a commercial manufacturing environment with carpets that had not been properly cleaned in over 5 years. Zerorez was able to remove grease and oil stains that other carpet cleaners said could not be removed. Our carpets look as close to new as we could have ever hoped for and there is nor crunchy residue when walking on the newly cleaned carpet.
