The service was fast, the crew was on time and very friendly. They asked several times if we had any questions or concerns before/during/after cleaning the carpet. All of the stains were removed, which was a happy surprise for us. The high traffic areas that were matted are revived and look much better now.

Zerorez was able to remove throw up stains from my son's room's carpet which had been sitting for months. Our own carpet cleaner which we used right away after the illness lightened the red stains but left behind dark stains that we thought we'd have to cover with a throw rug. To our delight, the room is completely stain-free. James was very professional, polite, and showed true interest in my concerns over the stains. Great product with great employees! Use only my first name and last initial.

I like the idea of not using soaps/chemicals. My biggest issue is when going over the "problem" areas on of the first things I'm told is red based stains will not come out in the standard cleaning. This is information that would be nice to know ahead of time.
So far we've only used the carpet cleaning service but I appreciate that you've been able to come and do the cleaning soon after I call, and your cleaning technicians have always been very polite and professional.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with the cleaning. They took great precautions to make sure the corners were protected from the hose. They were friendly, honest, and did a great job. This is my first time using Zerorez, and I will certainly be a repeat customer. My only complaint was during scheduling, I told the lady that I lived 500 feet off the road (obviously I live in the country). Later in my conversation, I asked about a discount for neighbors and she said it was 10%. My neighbor called to schedule and they told her she was not eligible because they would have to re-pack the truck. Again, I live in the country and no matter what neighbor you go to you will have to repack the truck. Do you think if you are coming from Richfield to Milaca that you are not saving money to do the house 1/4 mile down the road, when I already did the word of mouth advertising for you? We were both disappointed that we could not take advantage of that discount.
I was seriously considering replacing my carpet and decided to give Zerorez a shot first, I was incredibly impressed by the results - will not be replacing my carpeting! And the technician Hugo, was very professional and committed to providing customer service. I can not say enough about how great the results were. I've told so many friends already - Thank You!
