I was very happy to see the vacuum unit was placed right next to the furnace rather than having a unit 100' from where your working.
Also seeing the cleaning heads & watching how they work was interesting. You can hear & feel them go through the ducting

First that you are a 'green' company. I try not to use any harsh chemicals in my household cleaning products and was happy to hear that my cats will be alright walking around and rolling around doing cat things without chemicals on my carpet.

Then the friendliness of the guy that did the carpets, very open and honest about everything. He did a great job and did it fairly quickly, altho it wasn't a very big job.

Also finding a way to make up for the base line cleaning because the job wasn't very big.

The entire experience was a good one, from scheduling the appointment to when the technicians left our home. The scheduler was very polite and professional, the phone call in advance of arrival was appreciated, the service technicians were polite and informative, their service was great and the end result was very nice looking carpets and happy customers.
