Yes, I would recommend zerorez.
I was disappointed in the stain product that we used to treat spots. I mixed the powder according to the directions and treated several pet urine stains before the technicians arrived. They were the only stains that did not fully lift out after the cleaning.
I would definitely recommend the service but not the stain product.
