Ryan and Jesse were so pleasant and sure did a great job for me. I was so surprised that Zerorez sent them to my house in such a short time to get out a stain that I couldn't. I don't think that my experience with Zerorez or Ryan and Jesse could be improved in any way. Great job! Jerry Dixon

Michael did a great job of explaining the products and took the time to provide me with the information that I needed to make the decision of moving forward with the cleaning. I was concerned with the pet spots and if they would improve after the cleaning. I am so pleased with the results and I know that he put a lot of effort in making sure it was a success. We had two area rugs cleaned. Both rugs look and smell beautiful. They were packaged well for pickup and ready when promised. Equally important is the positive, up beat attitude of the staff I interacted with. This place is well run and simply stated, a refreshing change of pace. I actually look forward to doing business with them again!
