I like the no soaps so it really feels clean after the cleaning. Your flexible hours are where yo uclean on weekends really helps from a scheduling standpoint. I appreciate the communication as well. Your confirmation of the appointment and then a call from the technicians when they were on their way. The friendlimess of the tchnicians was appreciated. The lead technican ( I am sorry I can't remember his name) was knowledgeable and was very good about commhnicating what he was doing, how much things would cost and explaining options about the pre-treatments and area rugs.

The men that did the work were very professional, respectful and thorough. Our carpets were not visibly dirty with just a spot or two of staining, but we just had a major construction project and we were concerned with the dust. I was really pleased the spots of stain were completely removed and the feel and freshness of the carpet after cleaning was evident. The bonus was how nice it smelled afterward!!
Although pricier than any other cleaning quote we received, we are very pleased we went with Zerorez.
My rental property has newer carpet (installed 2 yrs. ago) and my last tenant had 2 dogs that clearly were not as house trained as they believed. As a result the urine smell was horrible.
