I like the fact that you use empowered water and no soaps that would leave a residue. the one thing that I noticed this time was that my carpets seemed to dry quicker than the last time. the last time it took almost two days before they dried completely. I used fans both times.

Great service, our carpets have not looked this good since they were new! Tony did a great job of cleaning. He made sure we were happy with the cleaning before he left. He worked extra hard on the steps as we had some remodeling done and the steps really needed some extra attention. I would be happy to reccommend your service to family and friends.

The Lead technician explained the process. He (Aaron) explained what they were using on the my carpet. Both Aaron and John were professional, clean appearance, worked together answered my questions a long the process. They took my area rugs to be cleaned. Aaron is coming back out to clean my air ducts.

Good products, good customer service. The technician was good and walk through and asked about what I wanted and where any trouble spots were. Was a little more expensive than other companies, wish there was more deals or discounts. Also wish there was a hardwood floor service.

I was extremely impressed with not only the results of the carpet cleaning but also the gentleman who came to my home. I had a number of set in stains that I did not expect to come out of the carpet but our carpet looks brand new! With a new baby on the way it was important to me to find a company that would not leave a bunch of chemical residue in the carpet my baby would be crawling around on. Chris and his partner were so courteous and professional! How clean the carpet is with no residue

I wasn't home but my husband said the guy was really nice and helpful. So not only are the results impressive, but you'r employees are great to work with. Also, they were right within the time frame they kept us posted with.
