I embarrassed to say we have never had our carpets cleaned-we built our home in 1992 and the carpet is original. No pets, just kids-now in college. James is a magician, he made the house look (and smell) brand new. Well worth the $$.

Cleaning without chemicals. No after smell except that nice orange pretreatment. Carpets looked great, all standing up straight! I don't like all the add-on you have once you get to the home. I do realize that all rug cleaning companies do that but you forget about it until its too late.

Twas the night after Dennis, when all through the house,
Not a carpet was crunchy, I said to my spouse... but then?
Well, tonight is opening might for my sixteen year old daughter's show, 'Much Ado About Nothing' at Saint Anthony HS at 7:00 F, Sa, Su (shameless plug). Last night she asked me if she could have all the girls from the play spend the night for a massive sleepover. "Of course," I said, without hesitation. However, when I picked her up from dress rehearsal last night at 10:30 (yes 10:30 - so much for homework) I realized that Dennis had just been out to clean and that without thinking I had invited 13 pop-spilling, greasy finger-wiping, forgot to take off my shoes "people" onto my freshly cleaned carpet. I started to coach her about newly cleaned carpet behavior and without even rolling her eyes she assured me they would be extra careful. Sarcastically, she reassured me that if anything spilled, they would just blot it up without attempting to clean the spot with an off-brand product and reminded me that I could have the carpet cleaned again if necessary.
It's funny - I'm so impressed with the results I'm protective of my carpet! Thanks Dennis!
