The cleanliness of the process. The topical treatment and enzyme cleaner took the smell of our small dog away! We can now manage the scent of our home even with the windows open (and the humidity inside).

We heard about your services on WCCO Radio commercial that John Hines does. We liked it due to you don't use any soap at all. We also heard from family members they had you and were very well satisfied with the way it turned out, also heard thur friends also that they had you and were well satisfied. Our rug was pretty dirty in some of the traffic areas and it came out looking really nice and brought the nap back up again.We were well sastified with you you did a good job it looks really nice.

I was not there at the time of service, but my wife thought your employees were professional and thorough. I was satisfied with the results. I thought the estimate to have our sofa and loveseat cleaned was high and declined that service.
