It gets the carpet clean without soap. Our service person Derek was hard working and successful in getting up some stains. The hallway looks almost new which it hasn't since I moved it 10 years ago. Hurrah! Derek protected my furnitre from staining the fresh carpet with under leg blocks. I liked that.

Dedicated service technician and cleaning with water

Coffee was spilled on my white carpet during a party. I was very worried about the stain. Fortunately 6 months earlier, Zerorez had cleaned my carpets and also applied the stain protectant. I also purchased the spot cleaner which is what I used immediately to try to clean the spill. It took out a very good portion of the stain. What was left was a light brown slight discoloration. I called Zerorez as soon as I had an opportunity and asked if they could come to spot clean. Eric and Quaze came. They were EXTREMELY professional, polite, and helpful! They cleaned the area and used something called brown out on the area and it helped even more. I felt their fee was very reasonable too. The only thing I would have done differently was listen to their advice about cleaning the whole room as well, since the spot treated area was a bit lighter than the rest of my carpet (that had already soiled a bit in the 6 months since my cleaning). I don't expect miracles, but I know that with hiring Zerorez I got the best possible results! I am a Zerorez customer for life, and I recommend them to all my family and friends!

The young man came to our home as he was scheduled. He had called ahead. He did a great job of cleaning our carpets. Some of them look as new. He moved everything that needed to be moved. He was courteous and personable. We will definitely recommend your service to our friends.

I like that the carpet does not seem really wet after and that last time I used you, the carpets came out very nice and stains didn't seem to resurface after a few weeks, which has happened to me with other companies.
