I have always used your carpet cleaning service which has been perfect, but this time I had the 18 yr. old grout in our kitchen cleaned. WOW! It looks brand new. I can't stop looking at it, as it looks like a whole new floor. HIGHLY recommend the grout cleaning service!

nothing special; Terry, our representative, was AWESOME!! He spent time to explain things to us about the wear/tear on the carpet and what he was planning to do during the cleaning process.
