Great customer service and the agent that arrived at the house was fast, professional, and friendly, explaining in detail what the processes where and what they did. I was impressed to find the carpet felt and looked like fresh newly laid carpet and was almost dry when I was locking up. Great service, friendly extremely competent tech was fast and had things done way before I expected

Cody did a great job cleaning our carpets! He was very knowledgeable and took the extra time to make sure our carpets were ready to welcome our first child in a few weeks.

Products I am indifferent about (they did make the carpets smell great)
Unfortunately my Mom cleaned a spot of doggie pee on our brown carpet. I was unaware, and when the tech cleaned it, the carpet became discolored. Not his fault as neither one of us knew beforehand. The tech I had was OUTSTADING - he was more knowledgeable then any in home service person I have dealt with! Great training program!!!

Our technicians deserve the highest rating possible. They were very customer service oriented, friendly, took great care to protect our flooring and furniture and did a fabulous job cleaning our carpets. Our 10 year old carpet looks almost brand new. I am sold on Zerorez. Thank you!
