I like the process. It did the job and did it well. The technicians were courtesy and hard working. I did not like the effort to sell more products and the add ons like the carpet protection. Even though I purchased them I had no time to research the products to see if I was spending the money worthwhile.

The technician was very friendly and very informative of the products that they were going to use on my carpet and on my tiles floor. I was very surprised by the results that I got on my carpet and tile floors. I never knew I had red grout on my floor in the kitchen it was amazing. The technician Jessie was very upfront with the issues of my carpeting before he started, they did an awesome job. I am very happy with the results that I got from the carpet cleaning and the tile floors.

Dries quickly and odor free
I thought the price was reasonable, the customer service associate who scheduled my appointment was very friendly and helpful, I was able to schedule an appointment on a day that worked well for me and didn't have to wait a long time for technician availability, and the technicians were very polite and professional.
Rene and Cody made me perfectly comfortable about the services they performed. They told me what they could and couldn't do, were very clear about your pricing, gave me options, and explained and showed me a few places where there were stains that couldn't be removed, e.g. coffee. I'm so happy with your services, I'd do a commercial for you.

Les did a very good job of cleaning our carpet, and was informative about your proceedure. I am however concerned that something in your process has casused a reaction in our dog. Since having the carpets cleaned, he has started to scratch constantly. After allowing the carpets to dry, I have vacuumed the whole house. If this is a reaction to the carpet cleaning, my assumption is he should stop scratching in the near future.
