First of all, Nate S. (our technician) was absolutely wonderful. He listened to my concerns, goals, and made recommendations and explained everything prior to beginning the work. He was very respectful and provided a great education about the product, how it works, why he made the recommendations he did, etc. I appreciated him sharing his expertise without ever once pressuring me into the service, additional product, etc. I will specifically request him again in the future. I appreciate having a product free of harsh chemicals used in my home. We are currently expecting our first baby and I felt completely at ease with the product used in my home. I was completely satisfied with the result and can rest knowing the the product is safe for my husband, myself, and our future child. I am completely satisfied and will use Zerorez again in the future.
