Prompt service. No perfumey smell in the house, and the carpets did not feel overly saturated with water afterward. The carpets truly were dry before the next morning. I did not have to move my couches, Zerorez did that. My carpets now look brand new (except for one particularly soiled traffic area, which still got cleaner than I thought it would), and my carpets range from 10 to 14 years old.

The two gentlemen that picked our area rugs were prompt, friendly and very efficient.

The tech "Rob" was outstanding.

the tech was very efficient!! Took longer to dry , but just used a box fan to help it along. Little disappointed a few stains didnt come out, think they were coffee or pop. Unfortunately, I didnt get them out the same day it happened. But otherwise, its nice to have the carpet refreshed!!

Cleaning process is excellent, I've used you many times, never a problem.

James, your technician, was very informative and diligent in cleaning our carpets. He did the best job and we are very satisfied.

Our most recent technician (Adam Newton?) was polite, knowledgable and courteous. In fact, we've had zerorez clean our carpets many times, and we've never had a bad experience with a technician. They are always professional and are very patient with our 5 year old who is eager to watch what they are doing. Our carpets always come out looking so clean. There are very, very few stains that zerorez has not been able to resolve, and in a chaotic house with two children and two dogs, stains are an unfortunate part of our life. I will never use a cleaning service that uses harsh chemcials, and I like knowing that with zerorez everything is safe for our children and pets. When friends compliment my house I am always quick to tell them that zerorez does our carpets. I've also had good luck with the cleaning products that zerorez sold me, in particular that powder to be mixed with hot water. It does a great job for spot cleaning in between treatments and I am glad that zerorez refills my bottles (at no charge!) every time they are here. With this kind of service and results, I see no reason why I won't continue to use zerorez two or three times each year to keep our carpets clean. (P.S. I *do* wish I could find a zerorez coupon now and then!!!!!)
