Our service provider was fantastic! He was kind and respectful. He informed us of other products we may benefit from (ie: pet spray, and fabric protecting). Most of all, our upholstery has never looked better!!!

The service professional was everything you could want in a service professional. Timely, friendly, helpful, and very professional. I am a little disappointed that the musty smell didn't go away; that was my primary goal for having the carpet cleaned.

Our tech Michael was so patient with my 21 month old who wanted to know what was going on. They were quick, efficient and the best part is the carpets were dry the next day!
