It was easy to make an appointment and the man who cleaned our carpeting showed up when he was supposed to. He did a very good job, and took his time to be sure we got good results. He was polite and had a nice, neat and professional appearance. It wasn't the least expensive carpet cleaners I have hired, but definitely the best. I will use Zerorez next time I need carpet cleaning.

I loved the through job that was done in my house. The person who did the cleaning was friendly and professional. I was totally pleased with the job he did. I also appreciated the system they have for scheduling, and for the contact before the appointment and after as well.
