Darrin was a very pleasant young man and very willing to help me move a little furniture to get at a couple bad spots of carpet. He was very professional and did his job extremely well. I liked the citrus scent of the carpet after the cleaning and I like that it is friendly to our pets as well. The next day at work I was mentioning to a patient that I had my carpets cleaned and she was wanting to clean hers too and asked who I used. She had not heard of Zerorez and was going to look into contacting you. I couldn't say enough good things about your business. I will recommend Zerorez to all my friends and co-workers.

The products worked very well. We have white carpet and it's difficult not to see a traffic pattern. Also, Derrick was very friendly and knowledgeable. He worked hard and made sure everything had ample time to soak in. He was thorough - - he didn't rush and seemed genuinely concerned about making sure everything was done correctly. We would highly recommend him (as a matter of fact, I already have)!
