This was my first time having Zerorez clean my carpet and I was very pleased with the service. The technicians were very professional and conscientious. I also sent two rugs with them to be cleaned and am waiting for them to be returned. I love the convince of having the rugs taken and returned to me. I can't wait to see the outcome. I will call Zerorez again and ask for the Captain and the Pitcher. (Sean and Paul)

Very reliable and friendly staff. He was thorough and even gave me a bonus hallway cleaning. So professional in not only the work, but with caring for keeping my house protected while he was cleaning, ie door blocker and shoe buggies.
