I have to say I am very pleased with the outcome of the cleaning process used to clean my carpeting. My dog was going down and lost control of her urinary function creating quite an odor in the house. My daughters thought the job done was A-Okay in their minds as well. THANK YOU!!!!!!

Matt went the extra mile to remove spots found right before they were ready to leave....I've been using Zero Rez for years...all good people, but Matt out did all with his caring, knowing manner, very professional...you've got a prize in him. Carpets look like new!!
