Fast and friendly service with great results

Very nice representative who cleaned our carpets. We felt safe in our home and felt he had our best interest in mind.

On time (actually early by 45 minutes), said he'd be done in an hour (he was). Friendly, explained every charge and what could be done if things didn't turn out as expected. Explained some reasons why the carpet may not "look" clean. Will recommend and use ZeroRez again.

Terry worked hard on the floors and carpet. No apparent residue. Your company needs to provide knee pads and ear plugs for your workers. The tile machine is loud and he worked on his knees. He did a great job.

I like the results though I would say that if this was my first time with Zerorez and not my 20th I would lower that recommendation. The team was not as thorough and were in and out likely split.

The cleaning was excellent and the service tech (Troy) was friendly, approachable and great at his job.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well the Zerorez product cleaned my carpet. It actually looked like it did five years ago. The person who did most of the talking with me was not aware of the prices and had to check with the other guy. The "other guy" was not very talkative but he did a great job cleaning.

Service was excellent very professional, they explained everything throughly and were efficient. I was very impressed with how clean my carpet was when they were done. Overall it was well worth the money and I would highly recomend zerorez.
