First of all, I don't believe in having my carpets cleaned because they seem to get dirtier faster after they've been cleaned. I explained this to the Zerorez employee who came out and he did a very thorough job of explaining the philosophy behind Zerorez's method. He also did a very thorough job of explaining the timing and method of cleaning the carpets. He did not pressure me into buying additional services, but rather explained each of the services and the ways in which they would benefit my carpets, and then let me decide. Through his explanation and patience, I was able to remember if there were any spills on the carpets that he would need to spend additional time on. Because of his excellent work, my carpets look great!!!

Everyone I dealt with was super friendly and informative. Carpet cleaner took time to explain exactly what he would do, wore shoe covers, protected corners and shielded door so cold air would not come in.

The guys that came out-Chris Compton and his partner-were awesome. They took time to understand what my needs for the house were. They ran a lot of quotes for me before doing the labor and they were very quick and efficient with the cleaning. They were honest, clear and patient people to work with. That you don't use chemicals to clean the carpet. Feels very clean compared to other companies. I have always used Coit but your service far out weighs their service. Love the job you did and your technician was very professional.

The carpets and sofa are wonderfully clean now, and the service was very efficient. I appreciated being able to have them clean an area rug and small staircase on the spot.
