Nathan S. and Trevor S. were the two technicians that were sent out to clean my carpet. Both men were polite, hardworking and very helpful. They took time to explain what they were doing and went through the estimate before the work began. The estimate that I got over the phone about 10 days prior to the cleaning, was spot on. No unexpected surprise there. Nathan made sure that we were both on the same page BEFORE they started and even asked for a verbal ok before they began.

The carpet looks fantastic! It looks as nice as it did when we first put it in. The spots and everyday dirt came out beautifully. I couldn't be happier. I should have done this long ago.
Nathan and Trevor also figured out how much it would cost to clean an area rug. They took their time to answer my questions and measure the rug to get a price quote. The thing I appreciated the most was neither of them were pushy about getting any of these options done to either the carpet or the rug. They knew to inform, but also not to push.

I will definitely have ZEROREZ out again.
