The service is efficient and professional. Plus our carpets look so much better! The carpets are dry enough to walk on immediately and they never get that crunchy feel. There's very little odor from the cleaning and minimal disruption to our lives. This is our second experience with Zerorez and we will definitely be coming back the next time our carpets need to be cleaned. Jeff and Alec did a great job!

I love the chemical free aspect. My 11 year oldl even commented on how soft (not crunch like competitors) the carpet felt. Robert McCurdy is my hero. He's part chemist, part magician, and all saint. We went through the house pointing out the challenge areas. When I pointed out the dried pain stain and said that I knew he couldn't get that out, he confidently said he thought he could. He did. All possible product offerings were explained but not aggressively sold. He was creative in treating problem areas and high traffic areas. I always have and always will recommend Zerorez because I am confident everyone will have the most positive experience possible.

How clean you were able get the carpets.
Zerorez made every effort to accommodate the time frame I needed for the service. Their Technician (Dave Lufkin) was very professional in the way he handled himself, making sure he covered bare floors, protected corners of furniture and other items,and explained the Zerorez process. Most importantly the carpet looks, feels and smells fantastic.

Friendly staff. Good results. The only negative thing I would say is you should make your three hour windows end at 1:00-4:00 at the latest. My window was 2:00-5:00. The cleaner showed up at 3:30 and didn't leave until around 7:00. It cut into our dinner hour and was disruptive.
The technician was courteous and knowledgable. I like the fiber protectant as well.
