Michael was very knowledgable about cleaning carpets. He was quick but thorough and provided lots of tips and advice.
Carpets were cleaned and smelled great. The power of the water was evident when some spilled on a carpet that we did not ask to be cleaned and left a large bright clean spot. Zerorez took responsibility for the spill by trying to clean it on site, and then taking it off site. Although it is not fixed completely since the offsite cleaning caused bleeding of the border die into the main section, your effort to fix the problem and take responsibility has been a great solution.
