I liked the idea of no chemicals. There were many pet stains and odors in our carpeting, and it came out wonderfully. The two young men working at my house were very knowledgeable and helpful, and did a marvelous job. They worked very hard and were on task throughout the cleaning process. I was very pleased with every aspect of the job that was done at my home.

The carpets get cleaned very well, technicians are professional, there aren't a ton of chemicals left behind in the carpet

I liked the zero residue that you can't get from products like rug doctor and I would recommend the service to friends and family, but I don't think it is a service I will use once a year, it's too expensive. If I was to put a value on the service I had completed I wouldn't pay more than $200.00.
