Our home smells good--not at all like chemicals--when they are done, the carpet feels luxurious--not brittle--and it looks great! They have always been on time, professional and friendly. We have also had them clean our air ducts, and had the same great experience. We will definitely use them again!

The two service individuals who came out to clean my carpets were incredible. They took the time to show me improvements in my carpets as they worked through my living space. Being able to see before and after as they progressed was astounding. I literally witnessed my carpet coming back to life right before my eyes. The men also provided me with valuable information and shared their knowledge so that I can make informed decisions in the future regarding the care of my carpets. Not once did I feel they were giving me a sales pitch, but simply wanted me to have the nicest carpets possible. I don't know that I will ever try to clean my carpets again on my own. This company does a fantastic job in a fraction of the time it takes me.

I like that it's not a harsh or toxic chemical process. I hate carpet to begin with (as your technician said, it's just a trap for dirt) but this made it easier to cope. The stairs came out great. Unfortunately we have had such wet weather that not everything has dried yet.

Love that the products are non-toxic. The technician who cleaned my carpet made all charges very clear before proceeding. He was professional, polite and even wore those little shoe covers ( on my filthy carpet - LOL). The process was very fast and there was no mess for m to clean up. The technician' snake was Deron.
