Got the appointment in the day I wanted, good communication, carpets look great and did the best job compared to other carpet services on the dog pee areas.

Does not leave the crunchy feel once cleaning done and drying. No nasty chemicals and smells clean. Also, really like having the spray bottle cleaning product for touch up. Have had Zerorez clean our daughters home as well and the touch up bottle does wonders removing spills from our grandchild as well.

The two gentlemen that came to do the carpets were so friendly and they did a wonderful job. I love that there are no chemicals. We are just moving into our new house and what a difference on how bright the carpet is now. The pop stains from the previous owners came out with no problem. We heard about you from the radio WCCO and John Hines and will recommend your company.

Nice with water and not chemicals. Would recommend Chris though as he is very hardworking. Company has pricing not set correctly for bigger areas and all the add-ons. If person has animals should just be part of normal carpet cleaning price. Would recommend for non animal household or business.

I love that your cleaning is all natural and water based. Our technician, Joe, was really great. Very friendly, courteous, and did a great job. He explained every step of the process as he went along and there were zero surprises. He explained the areas that wouldn't be benefitted by cleaning, so everyone was on the same page. He worked fast and we are very happy with his work. He was a great ambassador for your company, and we would not hesitate to use Zerorez again. Our carpets are 13 years old. We've had zerorez out twice. Their speed, professionalism, and results can't be beat. My house is fresh, my carpets look amazing and I didn't have to break the bank or my back!

NOTE: The scheduling with the Clean Team was difficult to pin down and I didn't know what time frame to expect the service until the day of the service (and it turned out to be inconvenient). Apparently the person called a number I had not had for over two years. And the email communication to set up the appointment was spotty at best.
