I was totally impressed with the service. The technicians were kind and courteous. They did a wonderful job cleaning my carpet which had not been cleaned for over 5 years. During that time I was pretty much a 24/7 caregiver and did not have time to even think about such things. There were dark traffic patterns which they were able to do a good job with. You can use comments but prefer not using my name. Thanks.

Brandon was very good at explaining things. He took extra precautions with our nice wood trim by placing guards where hoses would damage the wood.
