Zerorez scheduled my appointment for the same day to accommodate my urgency and they were very prompt and arrived on schedule. The tech took his time to assess the job to make sure he knew what I wanted done and explained what I should expect when he was completed. He even placed corner protectors on the wall edges and a protective barrier in the doorway. I was impressed before he even started.

My carpet is 10 years old with old stains, major wear and looked like it should just be replaced. I expected it to look clean, but didn't think it was possible to remove some of the old stains so my expectations were low. When he was done I couldn't believe it. The stains were gone and the very worn walkway looked amazing. The carpet looked new again!

There wasn't a chemical smell and the carpet was damp but not wet. It was even dry within hours.

Michael walked through the house with me, so I could point out some specific problem areas. He also stopped mid way through to show me the difference between the cleaning and my carpet beforehand. I really liked how polite and quick the whole process was. Will definitely be calling for another cleaning when we need it!
