This is the first time I used your services. I was impressed with the two young men (Preston and Jesse) who provided the service. They were friendly, knowledgable, and professional. The carpet looked great after they were finished.

I have never used a carpet cleaning company before and have always rented the Rug Doctor machines. I will never go back to renting the machines, as our carpets are cleaner than they have ever been before and overall the additional cost was well worth the service being that we have multiple sufferers of allergies in our household. The technician was professional and provided service above my expectations.

The two technicians that came to my house were two of the nicest guys I have ever had come in here for services. They talked to my kids and pet my dog. They explained everything to me and didn't pressure me into any other services.

The service provided is very professional and I am pleased with the outcome. My only complaint is the grout was not cleaned into the corners or areas along the floor trim.

I had 2 other techs out before from Zerorez and I was not going to use them again because I thought the job was less than what I paid for, and I truly felt unsafe in my house. I know my niece is already calling to schedule a time for hers to be done. One thing I would like to see is a referal bonus for referring someone. Otherwise, I am very pleased!

Accommodated my requested time when scheduling, the guys called and arrived when I was told they would. Cleaners were extremely nice, efficient and clear in service and options.
