Your product drys quicker than any other I've used. The appointment times are sooner than expected. The service technicians are most helpful and very knowledgable.

The tech (Pat) that you sent out to do my carpets did a wonderful job. He was very thorough, friendly, and is knowledgeable on Zerorez processes and products. He did a great job and I really appreciated the care he took in doing my carpet. I will be asking for him the next time I have my carpets cleaned.
