I also bought the spot remover kit and was pleased with how clean my tile and grout look but was disappointed when I read the bottle and it says you receive a free refill with every paid service. I paid for a carpet cleaning and biological topical treatment, shouldn't I have received 2 free refill bottles?

The two people that came by were extremely professional. They took the time to review any specific concern areas we had and even got gum out of our carpet that had been there for a year - as embarrassing as that is. It had been a long time since our carpet was cleaned. It looks great, dried quickly and we will be using zerorez again.
