The person who did the cleaning was professional and answered all of my questions. We were cleaning up cat urine from brand new carpet and he gave me multiple options for what to do. The end result was better than I hoped, given that it was cat urine. He also said they stand behind their work for thirty days, which I liked he did such a good job, we are going to have him out again to do the rest of the house.

I love the way Zerorez cleans without chemicals. My carpets are off white and 20+ years old. Zerorez was able to remove stains that other companies couldn't. I really liked the level of customer service and the way the service was performed and explained to me. The two gentleman that came out to clean my air-ducts were very respectful and knowledgeable. They took the extra few minutes to go over everything that would be happening and answered all of my questions. I didn't feel like they were rushing off to their next appt while they were working with me. I was very happy with the results.
