The worker did the whole job by himself. He was very honest about what we could expect since it had never been cleaned.
He also explained what the ingredients were in the products. The carpeting came out well--especially the stairs. The heavy traffic path was good too considering the fact that the carpet is 19 years old and, as I mentioned, had never been professionally cleaned. Most of what looks like dirt is actually fibers of carpet that have broken down and also the pad underneath it. It did take a long time to dry. It was a cool summer day--too cool for air conditioning and not cool enough for heat, but we used fans and put on the air and then the heat anyway. It took about 1 and 1/2 days to feel very dry. He was here only just slightly over an hour to do LR, DR, Porch, stairs, and 3 bedrooms plus a walk-in closet. He was very careful about not damaging walls etc. with the hoses. We had moved much of the furniture and what was left did not really have to be moved, so he didn't have to do that. The $400 price was high for that amount of time. That must be some really valuable product and equipment used! The company is run very efficiently and we were pleased to have been notified about what was expected of us and also the time notification. I contacted them by e-mail and was called soon thereafter on a Sunday to set up an appointment. Speedy response.

The gentleman who did cleaned the carpet was prompt, friendly and did a great job getting the carpet clean.

I really liked how knowledgeable and friendly the man was who came to clean. The products smelled good and cleaned well. Honestly, I was waiting a week to fill out a review because usually carpet cleaning only lasts a week in our house before the old spots and more come back to haunt us. Its been 10 days, and not only do we not have any of the old nastiness re emerging, the grape jelly that my daughter spilled on the carpet cleaned right up. I'm pretty pleased about that. With four kids, our carpets need to be cleaned quarterly- and that is with semi weekly cleaning that I do with our home machine. This was our first time using zerorez, and the carpets still look great. I haven't had to pull out the steam cleaner yet and I'm thrilled!

Carpet is clean, but doesn't have a chemical "scent", it's not "crunchy", and it is already dry. I was impressed with the e-mail you sent me prior to my appointment, and the 2 phone calls indicating when exactly you would be at my home. I will definitely have Zerorez out in the future, and have already recommended you to friends and co-workers.
