My carpets look clean and Owen was able to get out a couple of stains that I had. He took his time to explain all of the options and pricing but wasn't obnoxious about upselling extra services. He was careful while he cleaned not to damage walls, furniture, etc... The only think would be that he said I would be emailed a receipt and so far I haven't gotten one.

Very professional. Jameson knew the product. He explained everything and had me check the work in progress. I have never had any carpet cleaning people use corner protection...i was impressed! And also the door seal to keep the A/C in the house, not outside. Never had a carpet cleaning company use a fan either. I have told a lot of my family and friends about Zerozer. I will definately use Zerozer again.

Trevor was very professional and efficient. He paid extra attention to a few spots that were more heavily soiled traffic areas and they turned out great. He explained the process and the products thoroughly. I am very pleased with the results.
