My serviceman was knowledgable and friendly. Most guys over promise and under deliver, but he actually under promised and over delivered! I have a 6 and 13 year old that track stuff through this carpet all year long. The stairs were especially horrific and I had zero expectations that those would get fully clean. I'm not exaggerating when I tell you they look brand new!
I liked that I didn't have to leave while he worked and we could walk on the carpet immediately afterwards.
The carpet looks the best it has ever looked since we have moved into this house 10 years ago and we have been faithful about getting our carpets cleaned with a reputable company every 6 months to a year. Clean and prompt.

Very professional and take extra measures such as placing plastic cones on wall edges to protect them. The also use a plastic tarp to seal off doorway. Technician explained what is was going to do and had me inspect midway through the job. Would highly recommend Zerorez!

Carpets are clean and fresh.
One thing they could do is wipe up any spilt water from hoses off the wood floors.
