Jose was very considerate and kind. He was knowledgeable. He didn't know one answer to a question that I asked, and he called a supervisor and got an answer. I liked that. My carpeting looks just beautiful, and it was so dirty! There is one spot in my bedroom that needs to be redone, but I will call. I am very pleased.

The two gentlemen that came to my house, Jon and Eric, were well groomed and professional. I am sorry, but I am not sure if Eric’s name is correct, but he was the one that I worked primarily with. My house is being prepared to sell and I really only had one large room to clean and two other rooms with new carpet that had just been laid within the last 5 days. I am very sensitive to chemicals and asked them to please clean the new carpets. They were willing to do that, but first explained to me what the new carpets have for soil protection, wear ability and more. With this new information, I decided to just have “one” room cleaned. Eric then explained to me that there was a three room minimum for your pricing. I said I was willing to pay for three rooms and only get one room cleaned. With that said, the “value added” service began. I was offered urine and extra enzyme spot cleaning along with a carpet protection solution for that one room which would have been over $100 for no extra charge and they cleaned a small entry way matching carpet. I really was impressed with their ability to make “decisions” immediately to make my experience as positive as possible. The room was cleaned to perfection and I am really pleased with your service and will definitely use Zerorez in the future along with recommending them to my family and friends. Job well done! The overall cleaning is always great but more so I am always impressed by the employees. I've had my carpets cleaned by zerorez three years in a row. Every employee I have encountered, on the phone and in my home, is always pleasant and seems to truly want to be helpful. I'll definitly make an appointment again next year!
