First, I like the fact that you have very friendly and highly qualified employees. Additionally, I like the fact that the cleaning is environmentally friendly yet very effective. I also like the very pleasant scent rather than a chemical smell.

The technicians were pleasant to work with and explained everything before they began their work. They answered all my questions about the carpet and floor. I saw the sign about tile on their truck and they were willing to clean that floor as well. It looks brand new. The carpet (as my husband states) looks 100% better. We were more than pleased. Many of my friends have called since Friday and asked how I like it (as they know I am fussy about things). I suspect you will be receiving more calls. I will be calling next summer. I was pleased with how my carpet ended up looking after the treatment but the real reason I am giving a 10 is due to the 2 employees that came to do the work. They were on time, they were beyond corteous, they worked quickly, and they made sure to give me all necessary information. The product was great but the staff was even better.
