It was nice to have a clean carpet without the the crunchy residue feeling that occurs with other carpet cleaning methods.
My service technician, Jaime, was thorough and pleasant. He explained the process very well. He didn't think all of my pet stains would come out but most of them did. I know he was just doing his job, but he kept asking if I wanted an area rug cleaned and even though I said no the first time, he kept asking me. He also promised a free duct inspection, and that wasn't done. I did, however, tell him it was ok not to do it.

I purchased a new townhome and the carpet was pretty nasty. There was one spot in the living room in front of the couch where they obviously never took their shoes off. The spot looks 80% better after Zerorez. The carpet will have to be replaced because it's cheap and the damage is done but it is a lot less noticeable thanks to you guys
