I thought the carpet was completely unsalvageable. I was stunned at how good they were actually able to make it look. After all the pet stains, kid stains and general dirt, I didn't think it could be worth it to clean it. We have an old and accident prone dog so we didn't really want to replace the carpet but we also have a new grandson and I couldn't stand the idea of him crawling around on it the way it was. Your techs seem to be well trained and are always pleasant. I do like the cleaning that is done. Seems pretty thorough. It would be super duper impressive if you could figure out a way to hurry the drying process. It is very slippery walking from the carpet to the kitchen & bathroom hard flooring so I have to be very careful for a few hours. They do bring in a big fan but they aren't here long enough for it to get really effective. He gave me hints about the furnace and blower, etc., which I already was doing. I also brought up one of my fans and used it around as I could. Still, I am very happy with Zerorez. It's a good company.

We like our service person, Chris. We had him when he was with another company too. He works so hard and does such a good job that we followed him to your company. He was training in a young man named Fernando when he was here yesterday. Fernando will do very well too, I think. He took direction well, worked hard and is very pleasant to work with.

Even though some pet stains from vomit did not come out on my family room carpet after the first cleaning, even with the extra $60 I paid for a treatment beforehand that I was told would increase the chances in getting them out, I was pleased that Zerorez came out again a couple weeks later to try to get these spots out with a second spot cleaning. They still didn't get them out, but this is not anybody's fault. They are permanently set in the carpet. The service tech, Jordan, who came to my house both times was very pleasant and very professional. He also gave me two different types of cleaning solutions to apply the next time my cat throws up on the carpet and advised me on the best way to apply these products. Also, I did have my living room, dining room, hall, and steps cleaned and was completely satisfied with how they turned out, and all the faint stains came out, but this is a different type of carpet than the family room. I will definitely use Zerorez again the next time I need my carpets cleaned.
