Said you would be here at 3 PM and were!!! The Technician was professional and asked if we had any areas of concern prior to starting. Truthful about the results and exceeded my expectations. Our Office Carpet may not have ever been cleaned! At least 5 years that I know. We have 200 employees that go through our 2000 SQFT office twice a day so you can imagine the condition of our carpet during the winter months. This will become a biannual appointment.

His excellent work ethic and passion toward his industry was obviously apparent in the care and effort he took to ensure the job was done correctly and that I was informed beforehand, during and at the conclusion of the job. He provided insight into what I could do following his cleaning and his clean up left my home looking better than when he arrived. And, in the final analysis, he cleaned the carpeting beyond what I expected.
Very thorough and clear on the expectation of what was going to happen during the appointment. The service man was late but because of equipment failure and 6" of snow, that was totally acceptable. A+++
