Mike was professional, knowledgable and pleasant to work with. I will definitely use Zerorez whenever I need carpet cleaning. It is far superior to other methods. The carpets are soft and fresh not stiff when dry!
Customer service and tech were excellent! $175 for 2 rooms and steps is pricey I think, especially since one room is only 9x 8. Carpets turned out great. No complaints other than the $14 charge for water disposal. Your price is high enough that I would think
