Love that the products are non-toxic. The technician who cleaned my carpet made all charges very clear before proceeding. He was professional, polite and even wore those little shoe covers ( on my filthy carpet - LOL). The process was very fast and there was no mess for m to clean up. The technician' snake was Deron. The cleaning team led by Les, was excellent. They arrived on time, were communicative, and asked to confirm the areas to be cleaned. They completed the task within the hour and left the house spotless. I was very pleased with the result and their attention to detail. We have now used your service for the past two times that we needed carpet cleaning, and we feel that Zerorez is really the best we have used. You show up when you say you will, and you are very thorough. I like that when you come into the house after the cleaning has been done, you do not smell chemicals, just clean.

Everything that was to be cleaned was explained and I was given the cost. Technician very neat, hard working, fast, friendly and sincere about his work. I am very pleased with the results and the stains and dirt in my carpeting and upholstery did not reappear after they dried. I would highly recommend Zerorez to others.

The service person was on time, even a little early which was great. He was very detailed in the explanation of his process. He wore shoe covers which helped protect our wood floors that were just refinished, which I appreciated. The end result, I was very happy with the cleanliness of the job he performed.
