John, the person who first did our carpets was outstanding, a great representative of your company. We had a bit of an issue with the person who came out to redo a few tough areas. When we called about this, Dennis personally addressed the issue and came back that same day to make sure the problems were addressed. The guy who cleaned my carpets was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly from cost to what I could expect for results.
