I will request the same tech who did my carpets the next time I have you clean them. He did a great job.
The tech did a better job of telling me what he would do, then the telephone person I talked to. She also had me down for a duct cleaning which I never asked for. I had my ducts cleaned the week before the carpet cleaning.

Carpets were cleaned and smelled great. The power of the water was evident when some spilled on a carpet that we did not ask to be cleaned and left a large bright clean spot. Zerorez took responsibility for the spill by trying to clean it on site, and then taking it off site. Although it is not fixed completely since the offsite cleaning caused bleeding of the border die into the main section, your effort to fix the problem and take responsibility has been a great solution.
