The customer service of Jordan, our tech. Super nice and knowledgable and explained everything to us and even showed us what the floor looked like mid-cleaning. No hidden fees!

Friendly, knowledgeable technician, personable. Tyler explained each step before he did it. He also asked my opinion of what he had done and was open to any suggestion I may have made.
