The two gentlemen that came to my house were very professional and informative. They did a sample vacumn of my chair to show me what was hiding in the fibers. I had them clean that right away!!! This is the third year I have had Zerorez clean my carpet. I will use them again next year! The carpet dries fast and smells good. They even got the high traffic areas and stairs clean. Love them!
