The timeliness of the technicians and the thorough explanation of prices and services on the phone when I set up the appointment. I am also impressed with the actual cleaning that was done. I bought the cleaning for my elderly mother as a Christmas gift. When she saw how beautiful her carpet looked she cried! Thanks Zerorez for providing a great quality service!

There's not a strong odor to the products used to clean our carpet.

Nathan was fantastic. Very accommodating and helpful and fun. It was great to have a pet lover that could entertain them while he was working!
