Only disappointment as compared to the last carpet cleaning performed by Zerorez was there seems to no "freshener". Previously there was a scent added perhaps that remained a few days after the cleaning was done.

Okay with service. Not smelly

The individuals did not try to upsell me too much on stuff and they did a great job. They were honest up front with spots that may not come out, etc. Which was easy to build expectations that way.

The professional cleaner and end result

Prompt service. Pleased with results of the cleaning. There was only one time I was not too pleased with the person sent to clean our carpets. All other times -- at least four times I've used Zerorez -- the consultant was great and offered good advice on the care of the carpet. Also, recent visit, the consultant determined the quote I received on the phone was overstated and adjusted the cost charged to us. He didn't have to do that. That shows real integrity!
