I like the results of the cleaning. The man that came yesterday, I believe his name is Steve Martin, did an excellent job and was very concerned about my satisfaction with the job. He went over everything with me before and after the cleaning. I hope I can have him next time. Very happy with your service!

What do you like about our products and services?

Robert did a great job. He worked really hard to clean my very dirty carpet. And while it's hard to tell if the carpet is truly clean when it's wet, he used a clean white cloth to rub on my carpet and see if dirt still came up. He didn't leave until he, and I, were happy with the cleaning job. My old carpet looks great!

I wa given a time frame and he was here right at the initial time given. Everything was explained very well. The carpet feels and looks wonderful. I almost hate to walk on it as it seems so new and fresh.
