I like that there are no harsh chemicals. Also, I am very sensitive to perfume/flowery type smells and this did not have a strong fragrance that was irritating to me. The technician, Adam, was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He explained the citrus smell that would happen at the beginning so I knew what to expect. He was also friendly and really seemed to enjoy what he was doing. Our carpets haven't looked this good in years. I will be telling all my family and friends about our experience with Zerorez! Thank you!
