everything. Our rugs look great, the people are nice and professional. I haven't had a bad experience yet. I also recommended Zerorez to my friends this weekend at a party we attended after Zerorez was at my house and cleaned.

Derek walked me through step be step the process, talked about each process answered my questions with extreme knowledge and I felt very comfortable with Derek. I was absolutely amazed how well the carpet turned out, it was like a different carpet. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to me friends& family and also Derek! I already have a couple people interested! Thank you Zerorez!!

I like our carpet to smell clean, but not smell like it's been cleaned. It dried very fast. We were sitting on the floor, watching a movie the same night.

long hours and liked that when i called the arrival time windows were known - didn't have to wonder what time of the day they would get to the house for the service. Appreciated that Caleb called to let me know when he left to arrive at the house. Caleb was very friendly and offered other services but didn't pressure me into buying. Although he put covers on his feet the wood floors in our entry way got pretty dirty. Overall very pleased with Caleb and Zerorez!
