The cleaning process was very efficient, not messy, and professional. The gentleman who did the work was pleasant, informative and cooperative with moving a few pieces back when done. There were a couple of stains he recognized before the cleaning and as he suspected may not come out. What I really liked was that the process was well organized and didn't leave smell afterwards.

The carpet ended up much cleaner than I expected. They took into consideration that my daughter needed to nap and came as early as they could, did her room first, and then put a fan on it for the rest of the time they were here so it was as dry as possible by nap time. The two technicians were friendly, professional, and thoughtful.
