I thought our technician, Steve Martin was very friendly and professional. He did a great job and was very helpful in explaining the process and determining what other areas should be cleaned. I will for sure be using Zerorez in the future and asking for Steve!

Great company to work with. The two gentlemen that cleaned our carpet were very professional, and went out of their way to ensure that the job was done right. They explained all the work they would be preforming and protected our walls furniture and wood flooring. We will use Zerorez from now on to clean our carpet!

What do you like about our products and services?

We had our duct work cleaned and Jon Stark was very knowledgeable and explained what they were going to do and even showed me a video of it. We had our carpets cleaned the same day and Jeff was very nice and a good salesman, we ended up getting our stairs and hallway cleaned too, there was no strong smell from the cleaning when he was done and the carpets dried very fast.

Big selling point:
My dogs have ruined areas of my carpet - I'm well aware of this. However, I'm not getting rid of the dogs. The tech didn't judge me or make me feel like my home was beyond cleaning because of this. (the last company was not so tactful) He explained my options and prices without pressure and went about cleaning the carpets after I picked my final services. He worked with me to stay within my budget and was efficient and pleasant. The carpets look 100% and look WAY better than the last time I had them done. Not only will I use your services again - I'd request the same tech. He was great!

Greg was very informative and made sure we understood every step of the process. He also had us check out his work before he left he wanted us to be 100% satisfied. Our carpets look great! I just wish we had done it sooner!

Derek was very knowledgable in explaining the process and did an AMAZING job on our 20+ year old carpet that had not been professionally cleaned in 15+ years! It looks almost new and he got stains out that I never thought would come clean. He saved us from replacing the carpet for at least a few more years!

Thew whole procedure was very transparent...not pushy. The final outcome was beyond what I expected and I am very pleased with my clean furniture. Robert did a great job and explained anything that I questioned. I felt very comfortable with these two gentlemen in my home. Thank you!

This situation was a bit frustrating as I had requested Jaime and when the appointment was made and when they called to confirm the appointment, it was confirmed that he was working that day. When I got the call advising the tech was on the way, it was not Jaime but it was Brandon. Since my rooms were clear of furniture and ready to go, we proceeded. I have had some bad luck in the past but Brandon did not disappoint. He was very professional and he did a great job on our carpets. I would request Brandon or Jaime the next time our carpets need to be cleaned.

The cleaner was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

It is clear that he spent time cleaning. The last time I use had my carpets cleaned with another company, they spent less than 30 minutes and the carpet was "crunchy" after they were done

Jaime Arrendondo was my technician. He was prompt. polite and did a great job on the carpet. He also moved and cleaned under a couch and chair that we did not expect him to move. This is the second time I have had zerorez come out to my home and I won't hesitate to call them the next time I want my carpets professionally cleaned.
