I like that Zerorez is a local company and everyone is so friendly and helpful. Also, I like that Zerorez doesn't use chemicals and all the cleaning is done naturally.

They did a great job, were professional and courteous. I was especially pleased with them getting rid of a smell coming from our basement carpet any time it was humid. It did turn out to be much help more expensive than we expected. There are many extra costs added onto their advertised specials, especially if you have a pet.

Our technician, Chris, was phenomenal! He answered all of our questions, was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We weren't expecting miracles (since we have a 13 year old yellow lab) but our carpets now look pretty darn good.

The discounted rate you offered the other week for 3-rooms @ $119 was the reason I tried your company. The cleaning was more than I expected, thank you. This March I'll be in my place for 13 years and the carpet looks brand new. Especially the stairs! They were perfect, thank you Valentin.
