Carpet is clean, but doesn't have a chemical "scent", it's not "crunchy", and it is already dry. I was impressed with the e-mail you sent me prior to my appointment, and the 2 phone calls indicating when exactly you would be at my home. Carpets are clean !!!! Tech was 2 hours later than promised, was not happy about that, a discount would have been a good incentive since the delay----overall was happy with the service, next time would insist on first appointment of the day to avoid the tardiness

I had a Great Technician that did my cleaning for me. He was very thorough in asking questions and telling me about the products, the Bio Cleaning process and very willing to clean everything I asked for. Very Happy with the Cleaning! I also sent 4 rugs to your facility to be cleaned which I was happy about as well. I have tried to clean the rugs but just can't do as good a job as a professional. Thank You!

Very friendly and very informational

The service worker who did the cleaning was clean cut and in uniform, he was polite and knowledgeable. The equipment was clean and up to date and care was taken not to damage walls with the vacuum and water hoses. Lastly our carpet has never appeared this clean after other companies were finished with their process. I am very pleased.

They are green. Our carpets look and feel clean. The technicians are friendly but very professional. The go to extra effort to give exceptional service.
