Zerorez had to come back but removed all the stains that wicked up overnight while drying. He even left a bottle of cleaner with us to keep at no charge. Super nice service people and very fast at getting someone out to fix the problem. I would definitely use them again! Dan Dekker

Our white Carpets looked great, furniture-chairs looked amazingly clean and I didn't think they were that dirty but after 25 years guess they were.
Your technician was very careful in our home with equipment.

We like how the carpet looks and feels and no chemical smells afterwards. The person who did the job was very curtious and knowledgeable. you are not pushy with your extra services --you offer and if we say no that is the end of it. Very efficient.
