The carpet cleaning was outstanding, transforming our carpets and turning them cleaner than they were when we bought the house. The technician was friendly, competent, and very easy to work with while in the house. He was honest about a portion that could not be cleaned for reasons of too much damage and offered good suggestions on areas that might need follow-up work. And the lack of heavy chemicals was a true relief for the asthmatics/allergy-ridden members of the house. Overall, a very worthwhile investment! We'll be back!

What do you like about our products and services?

Here's what I like:
1) The product: It's an affordable alternative to the traditional carpet cleaning industry that has a bad name. because they tried to over-sell stupid extras to the consumer who got blindsided by their desire to get their carpet cleaned. We simply could not say "no".
2) Zerorez actually works! Carpets that are cleaned by Zerorez are cleaner than conventionally cleaned products and they stay cleaner because...
3) There is no residue left to collect future dirt because the cleaning process doesn't involve soap which will attract dirt once you've had your carpet cleaned.
4) Their sales people, carpet cleaners and administrators are all trained to give top notch customer service. I have personally experienced each level: The phone end who receive our calls, asking for service, the actual carpet cleaners who provide the service to your home and the administrative staff who make sure you're happy. It's all training of good people to do the vision and they do it. I am a retired real estate sales person who always recommended Zerorez when my clients were getting ready to sell their home. This IS the company to come to when you want to get your carpet cleaned. I also need to commend their area rug cleaning dept. but this is long so will do in a later feedback.
I am not a professional reviewer..I write well and like to commend businesses that focus on customer service. I am a member of Angies list, which I highly recommend if you want top notch people in your home. Mary Elizabeth
