Matthew Thompson was the tech that came out. He did a FANTASTIC job. He should get a raise. He did such a great job, that I am very disappointed at the crappy job that was done the last time. There were 2 guys, they were quick, charged me almost $300 and lied to me. They said that it was too bad that the carpeting on my stairs is so badly stained, from walking up and down the steps in the same place, that there was nothing more that they could do. Matthew got them perfectly clean.
